Client aspirations before installation. What were you looking for? We were
looking for a way to better serve our customers, by being able to provide
them with more accurate estimated times of arrival. Also, we are interested
in Driver behavior, and control of our fleet out of working hours.

effective personalized customer service.
What do you use the system for? Live GPS tracking,Driver behavior reporting, mileage
reporting(this, comparing to a record of diesel usage for the same vehicle
is great for telling us if a van or driver is using more diesel than it
should be).
What has been the impact since installation? The immediate impact was the
fact that we no longer had to ring and rely on a fitter to find out where he
was.we are being promised a reduction in our insurance premium by our broker
for our next renewal. Also, unauthorized usage of vehicles has been
virtually eliminated.
How have you found working with Transpoco? Transpoco are a very professional
set up, with a very fast response time regarding any of the few issues we
may have had. Having used one of Transpoco's vehicle tracking competitors a couple of years
back, and also having had nearly half a dozen of their competitors tender

We required a cost effective GPS tracking service to allow us to track all our vehicles in real time in order to improve the efficiency of our delivery service. We also required an effective reporting system which could be used in the event of a query or incident.
